We ship worldwide and offer USPS and UPS shipping options. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before it ships. All orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays.
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please check your spam folder.
During sales and holidays allow 2-5 business days for processing before shipment. Government holidays, adverse weather, and billing or fraud verifications may affect fulfillment time.

Free U.S. Shipping
For U.S. orders that total $75 or more you will have the option to select a free Standard Shipping at checkout. This is a limited time offer and subject to change at any time.
Some restrictions apply:
- Order total less taxes and shipping charges must exceed $75.
International packages are estimated to take 5-30 business days; however, faster options are available. See checkout for full list of precisely calculated shipping rates. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance. Emo's Not Dead is not responsible for delays caused by the post office or lost packages due to address errors.
At the time of delivery customers may be subject to Duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to Emo's Not Dead and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased directly from our website may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund to the original form of payment or a store credit for the full price of the item(s). The item(s) must be unopened, unworn, and without any visible damage.
The total amount refunded will be credited to your payment method that was used at the time of purchase (minus shipping) or as store credit once the package arrives at our facility and the item(s) are inspected.

Please be aware, international returns are subject to different limitations. Due to significant increased international return costs, all international returns are only eligible for store credit equal to the dollar amount of purchase (minus shipping and handling). All international customers will be responsible in providing their own return shipping.
Due to constantly fluctuating inventory levels and product availability, we are unable to accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item or items, your best option is to return your items for a store credit.
Items that are ineligible for a refund or exchange:
• Returned after 30 days from the day of shipment
• Condition of product is unsatisfactory to be resold (stains, pet hair, unpleasant scent, worn, washed)
• Items sold in Mystery Packs/Boxes or Clearance Section
• Items purchase on-site at a festival or event
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be verified. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been approved. From there the money will take anywhere from 3-5 business days to be back in your account.
